Everything the
water touches

Toilets, basins, stainless steel sinks, showers, mixers, floor wastes and door hardware. One supplier for the whole fit-out, so the finishes actually match from the front door to the floor waste.

  • Seven product ranges
  • Matched finishes across all of them
  • Trade and project pricing

Finishes

One finish, every category

The reason to buy the whole fit-out from one supplier: brushed brass on the basin mixer is the same brushed brass on the shower rail, the floor waste and the door lever. Across suppliers it rarely is.

  • Chrome
  • Matte black
  • Brushed nickel
  • Brushed brass
  • Gunmetal
  • Matte white

Screen colours are indicative only. Ask us for physical samples before specifying a finish across a project — brushed finishes in particular photograph very differently to how they look on site.

Compliance

The two marks that decide whether it can be installed

In Australia these aren't marketing badges. A plumber who installs a product without the right certification is the one who carries the liability, and the work can be ordered out.

  • WaterMark Mandatory for any product that connects to the drinking water or drainage system — toilets, tapware, mixers, floor wastes. Without it the product cannot legally be installed under the Plumbing Code of Australia.
  • WELS rating The star rating and flow figure that must be shown on tapware, showers and toilets. It also determines what you're allowed to specify — many councils and BASIX-style schemes set a minimum star rating.
  • Ask before you order We'll send the certification documents for anything on a quote. If a supplier can't produce them on request, that tells you what you need to know.
Who we supply

Trade, project and retail

Plumbers

Stock lines held for the jobs that can't wait, and set-out dimensions confirmed before delivery so nothing arrives that won't fit the rough-in.

Builders & developers

Project pricing across multi-unit fit-outs, consistent finishes over staged deliveries, and replacements matched years later.

Renovators

One conversation for the whole bathroom instead of four. We'll tell you what fits your existing set-out before you commit.

Retail buyers

Buying one basin or one door handle is fine. Same products, same certification, no minimum order.

How it works

From enquiry to delivery

  1. Tell us the job

Room, quantities, and the finish you're after. A plan or a schedule speeds this up enormously.

  2. Spec check

We confirm set-outs, trap types and rough-in dimensions against what's actually on site, before anything is ordered.

  3. Quote

Itemised, with WELS ratings and certification noted per line so you can check it against the spec.

  4. Delivery

To site or to your warehouse, staged to your program if the job runs over months.

  5. After delivery

Spare cartridges, seals and matching pieces stay available, so a repair in year three doesn't mean replacing the whole set.

Common questions

Before you enquire

Do you sell to the public, or trade only?

Both. Trade and project accounts get volume pricing, but there's no minimum order — if you need one basin for one bathroom, that's a normal order.

How do I know a toilet will fit my existing plumbing?

Two numbers decide it: the trap type and the set-out. S-trap means the waste goes down through the floor and the set-out is the distance from the finished wall to the centre of the waste. P-trap means it goes out through the wall, and the set-out is measured from the finished floor. Send us those two figures and we'll tell you what fits — guessing here is how people end up with a pan that sits 40 mm off the wall.

Will the finishes match across different products?

Within our range, yes — that's the main reason to buy the fit-out from one place. Across brands, "brushed nickel" is not a standardised colour and two suppliers' versions will usually differ enough to notice side by side.

What stainless steel do you use in the sinks?

Grade 304, which is the standard for kitchen sinks in Australia. Thickness matters as much as grade — a thicker gauge is quieter under running water and resists denting. We'll give you the gauge on request rather than just saying "premium stainless".

Can you match something I already have?

Often, yes. Send photos and any model numbers or markings. Cartridges and seals in particular are frequently interchangeable across ranges, so a dripping mixer doesn't always mean a new tap.

Do you deliver outside your local area?

Yes. Freight is quoted with the order, and for project work we'll stage deliveries to match your build program rather than dropping everything at once.

Send us the schedule

Quantities, finish, and the set-outs if you have them. We'll come back with an itemised quote and the certification for every line.
